after an unsuccseful attemt to update my PC, My stat menu is stoped working. I restored my PC but still star is not working. Please suggest any method to solve this issue.

An alternative that might work is something known as a Repair-Install in which you reinstall Window on top of itself, leaving the existing data, settings, and apps intact.

To do this, you would need to download and create Win10 media from this link:  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Once you have that media, insert it (do NOT boot from it!), find the folder for that "drive", right-click on setup.exe and select Run as Adminstrator.
