HP Pavilion All-in-One 27-d0xxx
Microsoft Windows 11

I have a wireless charger for my cell phone integrated into the base of my HP Pavilion All-in-One 27.  It worked great for almost 2 years, then one day just stopped working.  I have tried to disable it, re-enable it, take off the case, flip the phone over, restart the computer, basically everything I can think of to get it working again with no success. Has anyone else encountered this? Any help or support would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @shoelvr1971,

Welcome to the HP support community.

Thanks for the detailed description — you're right to be concerned. The wireless charging pad integrated into the base of the HP Pavilion All-in-One 27-d0xxx is designed to be a seamless, plug-and-play feature. If it worked reliably for two years and then suddenly stopped, it likely points to a power, firmware, or hardware failure.

Please let me know if this Wireless charger is a 3rd party one or if it was a part of HP. Do share the details to help better
