Please, help! My wireless mouse stopped working out of nowhere! And I still have factory warranty for more 3 months but I can't reach anybody to talk to! I'm in Brazil.
So I finished working on my Notebook and went to bed, the next day, I went to turn on my mouse and when I tried to move the cursor, it did NOT move. The laser light is on, the batteries are new (I thought that was the problem, so I changed them), I disconnected and connected multiple times and I tried on different computers. The cursor DID NOT move in any of these scenarios! I just want to talk to real person, but the automatic menu sends me to a few answers and when I tried to get support, the website told me it was NOT avaliable in my country. HELP, please!
It did not fell, nobody move, it was where I put it when I turned it off in the previous night. I don't understand why it stopped working out of nowhere!

you've tried new batteries, different computers, and multiple reconnections with no success, it could be a hardware issue. Given that your factory warranty is still valid, try reaching HP support through their official Brazilian website or social media channels. If the support site isn’t available in your country, contacting HP via phone or chat may be your best option.
