Wolf Security whitelist / false positive report

I work for a software company. We have received a complaint from a mutual customer that our software is being quarantined by HP Wolf Security software on their computer. How do I contact HP about this? Is there a whitelist that you maintain for Wolf Security, or a way to report false positives?

Yes, I did that and filled out the form over a week ago, but I have not heard back.

*ummer !  That level of "service" is terrible.  Try again? Find a regional HP Office, and telephone them?
