Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ey0000 (54J83AV)
HP Quickdrop connects to my phone and I can transfer files between my comp and phone, but I am no longer able to connect to the messaging part. It just stays stuck on "connecting, please wait..." forever.
I was able to connect the messages once before, when I first set up the app. I didn't change any of the settings but haven't been able to connect for a few weeks now.
I have deleted & reinstalled the app from both my computer and phone, and I've forgotten and reconnected from my bluetooth settings on my phone. Still nothing.
Trying to connect to an iPhone 10.
