Product: HP Pavillion Desktop 590
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a program called Family Tree Builder (part of My Heritage). It opened two weeks ago, but now it will not open. I removed the program and re-installed it, but it still won't open.

Unfortunately, Microsoft pushes out Windows Updates each and every week, and one of the recent ones could NOW be presenting problems for this application.  It might require an updates version to continue working in Windows 10.

 

You would have to contact the application vendor and use their support forum to get their help on this.
