restarted my computer, it was slow to come up, tons of error codes. Unable to access some app like microsoft word, hp help virtual assistant, allow typing in windows search, and a fewother places.can still use chrome and web but codes pop up every few minutes.
Norton anti virus system check and i chatthey did another system check online, they said software issue not definitly not a virus.
error codes:
ctfmon.exe- sytem error exception processing message0xc0000005 unexpected paramaters
runtimebroker.exe- exception privledged instruction
runtimebroker.exe- the exeption priveledged ins(0xc0000096) occured....
HPSF.exe- application error thexception unknown software exception (0xe0434352)....

I have gone through your Post and would like to help
I suggest you run a System Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality
- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests, then click Extensive Test.
