Product: HP ENVY All-in-One - 27-k320ni
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My desktop crashed and was fixed but now I no longer have beatsaudio. I read previous comments and downloaded guidelines but none of them have helped me. When I try to download

 

a) file sp71717.exe I receive an error 'the hardware detected is not supported by this IDT software' so installation is aborted. 

b) file sp59202.exe I receive an error 'cannot be installed on systems with .NET framework version smaller than 3.5'.

 

I have an HP Envy 27.

 

Can anyone help me to reinstall beatsaudio again?

According to all of the HP 27-k300 models I could find, they all use the Realtek HD audio driver, not the IDT one.

 

6.0.1.7548

 

This package provides the Realtek High-Definition Audio Driver for supported desktop models that are running a supported operating system.
