You can't do this manually, using File Explorer, because there are too many different components involved; instead, you need third-party product -- and neither of these is free:
1) Laplink PC Mover Pro -- only the Pro version migrates applications
1) Easus ToDo PC Transfer -- only the paid versions migrates applications
