i need to take an online exam and this service keeps restarting everytime i end the task. i already uninstalled jump start and it removed one service of "bridgecommunication.exe" but the other service of the exact same name wont go away. i cant start my exam while its running. i tried unlocking the file, i tried renaming, nothing is working. why cant it be removed?

The BridgeCommunication process is managed and controlled by the HPSysinfoCap service. Stop this service from Task Manager - Services, then the BridgeCommunication process disappears AND is not re-started.
