buying an HP all in one desktop

looking at HP 23.8"  All-in-One PC.  does it come with necessary software - windows already downloaded?  My other PC is 7 yrs old and all I had to do was plug it in, connect to wifi and I was good to go.  Any one know?

When purchasing an HP All-in-One PC, the Windows operating system typically comes pre-installed. This means that the essential software, like Windows, is already downloaded, and the setup process should be as straightforward as your previous PC experience. You should be able to plug it in, connect to Wi-Fi, and start using it.
