The Windows file system could be corrupt or there is a hard disk error or undefined sofware or technical error.

 

(1) Test your hardware Using the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI)

Fix-1 Reset Windows Store from Command Prompt-
Fix-2 Update the applications from Windows Store-
Fix 3 – Re-register all microsoft store Apps.
Fix 4 – Run Store troubleshooter.
Fix-5 Perform a clean boot-
