Help. I know I posted this in the wrong board but it did not have a place for me to post my question in (this was my best guess.)  I have a 1 year old windows 10 desktop that tells me to unlock my devise to upload my pictures from my phone. My phone is not locked, I have had it for 4 years and bought it outright with no locks on it. how can I upload my pictures? Thank you
