I completely understand how  it must be when a download link doesn’t work, especially when you’re trying to install an important update or driver. Thank you for letting us know about the issue with the HP SoftPaq link.

Also Could you please help us with the Laptop model ? 

 

Here are a few steps you can try right away:

 

Clear your browser cache and attempt the download again.

Try a different browser or network connection to rule out local connectivity issues.

Visit the HP Support Software & Drivers page directly, search for your product model, and check if the same SoftPaq (SP170168) or a newer version is available there.

If the file has been replaced, the updated package will be listed under your product’s driver downloads.
