I want to choose where to get apps and select option of anywhere. The PC is not showing this option under Settings>Apps>Apps & Features >choose where to get apps and select option of anywhere. This is not shown and I want the ability to select my own apps not just microsoft. How do I enable this functionality?

Sure - makes sense.
The simple how-to from Microsoft does not include a "what to do if" recommendation.
Change your app recommendation settings in Windows
That said, the version of Windows 11 that I'm running shows the path differently from the document and from your example.
Note: At this writing, running Windows 11 > Version 10.0.22621 Build 22621
Settings > Apps > Advanced app settings
Open > Choose where to get apps
Windows_11_Settings_Apps_Advanced-app-settings_Choose_1
What if?
You might want to try asking at the source of "Things that are Windows":
Ask the Community: Microsoft Community
Example - Microsoft Community Answer - December 2022
"Choose where to get apps from" feature missing in Windows 11 Advanced App Settings
