- computer keeps showing a geen light and there is no display

pls help me, how do I fix my pc that has this problem?
when I plug in my computer it turns on for a second (also fans ) and turns off then
the green light turns on and there is no display on monitor (as seen in the picture ---->)
and all fans stop.
there is only that light on pc and another one on the motherboard
Pls i need help 😁

First off, from your screenshot, it appears that the LED that is lit is the drive activity indicator -- showing that the drive is being used.
Second, there is no picture of the screen -- so there is nothing for us to see about that.
Since this PC is running Win7, my guess is that it is at least 5 years old, and given what you have said about it, my guess is that the drive is failing or has failed.
If your PC is new enough to support UEFI, you can use these steps to test the hard drive: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00439024
If not, to check the drive you have to follow these steps:
1) Press Esc key repeatedly, several times a second, while rebooting the laptop. Do NOT hold the key down, just press it over and over.
2) Eventually, you will see an HP Startup Menu
3) Press the Function key for testing the hard drive (usually F2) and let it run.
