I am not fully understanding the issue or question: "The issue lies with the graphics card; it is currently set to CAM, and needs to be changed to 4400."
Could you please provide:
- your exact HP model,
- the exact graphics card name,
- and explain what you mean by:
"CAM" and "4400"?
If possible, please also upload:
- a screenshot,
- or a photo of the error/message/settings screen.
At the moment it is not clear whether you are referring to:
- graphics memory,
- GPU mode,
- display resolution,
- BIOS settings,
- or a graphics card model number.
