After windows update installation (2024-09 Preview cumulatieve update voor Windows 11 Version 23H2 voor systemen op basis van x64 (KB5043145)), my desktop computer won't start, freezes on reboot. The only thing i can do is force the computer to start up in save mode - automatic repair mode.

Is anyone else having this problem and what could I do to fix it?

Find a restore point and wait for permanent fix

Since the startup repair fails then do the restore point.
This video describes how to use a restore point.  Clicking on "System restore" will bring up the list of restore points similar to what is in the below video.

There was/is a update 'HP Inc. - Extension - 4.8.25.0'. 
is this a solution to this problem?
