does my HP 15ac142dx have a keyboard backlight, if so how to turn it on

I see from your post you need information regarding the keyboard backlit. No worries, I'll be glad to help you.

 

After reviewing your post , I did go through the Product specifications and found that  your PC was shipped with Full-size island-style with numeric keypad

 

Please go through the Maintenance and service guide and found that your PC was not shipped with backlit keyboard.
