Welcome to our HP community forum!
Your HP All-in-One 22-dd0143w PC (7Z6V7AA) is not fitted with an optical drive, just an "ODD Bezel Dummy".
Look, it is increasingly unlikely for PC's to be fitted with a CD/DVD (ODD) unit because most data transfer these days is done using a USB flash drive and digital download.
Not to worry though: you can simply plug in/use an external ODD drive, such as this purchase option: Amazon.com: ASUS ZenDrive Ultra Slim USB 2.0 External 8X DVD Optical Drive +/-RW with M-Disc Support....
Kind Regards,
NonSequitur777
