Bonjour, je possède un ordinateur (tour) HP 110-110ef qui fonctionne sous windows 10, je cherche où je pourrai trouver un pilote (driver) compatible pour mon lecteur graveur de CD/DVD hp cddvdw sh 216db.

Hi:

 

No drivers are needed for a DVD drive and none exist.

 

What problem(s) are you having with the drive?

 

If it is not recognized or doesn't show up in Windows Explorer, see if the information at the link below is of help to you:

If the drive no longer plays DVD videos, you have to install DVD player software so it will.

 

If you don't have any software to do that, you can install the free VLC media player software from the Microsoft Store:

 

VLC - Download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store

Je vous joint quelques captures d'écran afin que vous compreniez mieux mon problème. Mon lecteur graveur n'est plus reconnu par mon ordinateur. Driver Booster rencontre un problème (n° 19) lors de la lmise à jour du driver. desinstaler le driver, rallumer l'ordinateur pour réinstaller le driver ne résout pas le problème. Si vous pouvez m'aider de quelques façons je vous en remercie par avance.

 

I am attaching some screenshots so that you can better understand my problem. My burner drive is no longer recognized by my computer. Driver Booster encounters a problem (#19) when updating the driver. uninstalling the driver, restarting the computer to reinstall the driver does not solve the problem. Yes, and I gave you the instructions in French for how to fix that problem.

 

One of methods 4, 5 or 6 should resolve the problem.

 

Try each one of them.

 

If none of those methods work, unfortunately I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.
