My computer is 9 years old.  Every so often I get messages from companies who tell me my drivers are out of date.  Someone told me to go to HP (that is the computer I have) and have them download the drivers I am missing or out of date.  I have tried contacting you but I have been told my warranty has expired.   I do not understand what drivers are and do not know what to do about them.  Is there a company I can go to to obtain drivers and how do I know what ones I need?  Can I go to a computer store (I purchased my computer from Best Buy) and have them tell me what drivers I need and have them sell them to me?  What can I do about this situation?

Your 9 year old unit shipped with Windows Vista OS. How you got to WIN 10 is curious, but I regress.  You do not need to be concerned, as there were NO updates past WIN 7 for that unit. ignore the offers from those sites.  Although the one year warranty did expire, you need not worry.  Enjoy that almost decade old computer.
