On every boot, I get thousands of errors in my event log:

ESIF(1.0.11400.36477) TYPE: ERROR MODULE: IPF TIME 933773422 ms

The Intel(R) Dynamic Tuning Technology (DTT) driver cannot load because the installed version of Intel(R) Innovation Platform Framework (IPF) that it depends on is too old. IPF version installed is 1.0.11400. The minimum IPF version required is 1.0.11904.

Is HP going to issue an updated IPF version?

If not, how do I resolve all these errors?

If this was caused by a Windows or Intel update then you need to put the OEM driver back in.  If the computer otherwise works normally, these errors are usually not damaging anything and you could wait for an update from HP.  If your PC is more than a few years old you should restore the original OEM driver.

Here is more advice and you could probably respond and get more information.
