I want to format my pc but I don't have either a disc or windows barcode on my desktop. can I do it?

Hi:

 

The W10 product key is in your PC's BIOS.

 

You don't need it or even need to know what it is in order to reinstall W10.

 

 Your PC should be supported by the HP Cloud recovery tool, which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive.

 

The media created by the cloud recovery tool will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
