get help popup in microsoft edge

get help window is popping up continuously in micro soft edge, please help me out. It may be a virus I guess but how to get rid out of this?

I have contacted hp support, they told me to perform few trouble shoot steps and asked to do factory reset. I have done it all. But not getting result.

What exactly do you see?
if a factory reset does not solve the problem, most certainly not a virus
