HP Recommended

So this HP Fury G5 workstation just arrived.  I opened it up to install my 5090 GPU - but it obviously doesnt fit and there doesnt seem to be any power cable fittings or ports available i can see anyway to connect it up.  I was assured the 5090 would fit via the (i now assume AI) chat before purchasing.   I cant get hold of any UK customer service - despite it claiming to be 24/7.  I also cant find where to even begin wiht the returns process.   I also purchased an onsite customer care package - but i have no idea how to initiate this and get an engineer out to inspect this or help install the GPU.   Any tips?

Has anyone in fact installed a 5090 into one of these?
