i have an hp All-in-one pc 24-cb1000i(4N1P4AV), in our entity. This pc was purchased two weeks back. Whenever we receive a new pc, we do a clean installation of os and capture the image using sccm capture media and deploy the captured images for similar models using SCCM.
however, while trying to do a clean installation, I realized that the storage or hard drives are not shown at the screen where we are supposed to select the hard drives to install the OS. While doing a google search i found that i have to load the Intel rapid storage drivers, only then the hard drives will appear. And i realize that this could be the reason that the pcs storage is configured as RAID, if I am not mistaken.
but this is not suitable for our entity as i told we need to capture this reference machine image and deploy it to 50 other machines of similar model. Earlier there was an option in bios to change the hard drive configuration. But the bios version (F.10) of this machine doesn't have that configuration.so kindly suggest me an option or a bios upgrade which will enable that option.
