high performance power plan is missing. i used the comd then also high performance power plan not showing

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see of the solution marked in green also works for you.

 

Solved: Ive just bought omen gaming laptop, and in power options its... - HP Support Community - 964...

 

 'I used the comd' doesn't tell me much, so if that is what you did in the solution, I doubt that there is anything you can do.
