I understand you have trouble connecting the HP ENVY 6032e All-in-One Printer to the Wifi and not unable to reset. May I know what error message you get when you try to connect to wifi?
Let me know the details below to help you better.
1.) Are the printer and PC/ Phone connected to the same network?
2.) Is your router dual-band enabled, i.e., both 2.4GHz and 5GHz? If yes, make sure the dual band has different SSIDS for 2.4G and 5G networks.
3.) What is the distance between the router and the printer? The recommended distance for a stable connection is 9-12ft.
4.) Is there a WPS push button on the router?
