Hi, here's the thing. My password on my computer does not work no matter how many times I try and change it (it is linked through my hotmail account). It does not work, and I remember it and everything, and I have it written down and I can sign into my email easily but the computer won't let me sign into it with this password. ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS HOW TO DOA SYSTEM RESET OF MY COMPUTER WITHOUT HAVING TO SIGN IN SO THAT IT CAN GO BACK TO THE STATE IT WAS BEFORE I SET UP A PASSWORD. I don't understand what is happening and I've had this problem before and this should be a free process if I do have to send it in because I don't know what I could have possibly done to make my password not work. WHY I NEED HELP PLEASE it's been like three weeks, and I have work to do and I can't without my computer and can't afford another one.
thanks
