Hi @21jumpstreet,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

Accessing advanced BIOS options on an HP Desktop like the M01-D0019nv may require specific steps. Here's a general guide:

Access the BIOS: Restart your computer and enter the BIOS/UEFI settings by pressing a specific key during the boot process. Typically, it's the "F10," "F2," "Esc," or "Del" key. Check your computer's manual or the initial screen during startup for the exact key to enter BIOS.

Basic Options: Once in the BIOS, navigate to the "Advanced" tab or section. Here, you might see limited options initially, particularly on pre-built systems like HP desktops.

Unlock Advanced Options (if possible): Sometimes, the advanced options are hidden or locked in the BIOS settings. Unfortunately, not all OEM (original equipment manufacturer) BIOS versions allow users to unlock these options. due to restricted access to certain settings to maintain stability and prevent misuse.

Check for Updates: Ensure your BIOS is up-to-date. Go to the HP support website, find your specific model, and see if there's a BIOS update available. Sometimes, newer BIOS versions might unlock additional options.

Note: Remember, altering BIOS settings can affect system stability and performance. It's essential to proceed with caution and only make changes if you understand their implications. Incorrect settings can potentially cause issues or even damage your computer.

If none of the above methods work, reaching out to our HP Phone Support could be helpful.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
