My HP computer was pre-installed with MACfee antivirus software, which has now expired. Every day when I boot up the computer, a MACfee icon appears asking me to renew the software, and I cannot delete or close it, which makes the computer unusable. I have already bought other antivirus software, so I want to delete MACfee. But I deleted it once, and the computer crashed and the screen turned blue. I spent money to find a professional to restore it to its original state, but MACfee still dominates the screen. I don't know what to do.

Getting rid of MacAfee software has been a problem. Here is a guide
https://www.techradar.com/how-to/how-to-uninstall-mcafee-completely
Follow that guide or you can jump directly to this part.
You can also uninstall McAfee using the McAfee Consumer Product Removal tool (MCPR).
https://www.mcafee.com/support/s/article/000001616?language=en_US
You should note that McAfee recommends using Windows uninstall as a preferred option, and only using MCPR if this hasn't worked.
I'm not an HP employee.
