CTRL + A no longer works on the HP EliteDesk 705 G2 Small Form Factor and the option as described in the Maintenance and Service Guide to edit via "Set Machine Unique Data" is missing.

 

It does mention that not all features are available in all models.

 

Surely an engineer replacing the motherboad has the ability to do this.

 

We currently image using the serial number.

 

Any ideas??

Still trying to sort the 705G2 issue replacing the serial number..

 

Just been informed an engineer has been on site and hadnt a clue.. advised to check the tech forum 🙂

I changes the MB of the HP Elitebook Revolve 810 G3. I need to update the serial no for that. Please share the steps and DMI file that I need to use for that. Thanks
