Hi:
Your PC did not come with W10 from HP, so they (HP) would not have W10 installation media for it.
It originally came with Windows 8, and HP no longer sells recovery media for W8.

You can reinstall W10 for free on your new hard drive by making a bootable USB installer with the media creation tool from the link below.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
Boot from the installation media and when you get to the installation menu, you will need to select the version of W10 64 bit that was on the PC before the drive crashed (Home or Pro as applicable).
Then when you get to the part that asks you to enter a product key, select the 'I don't have a product key' option.
The only driver I think you may need to install is the audio driver.
Since there is no W10 audio driver for your PC, see if this driver from a newer model desktop PC with the IDT audio chip works on yours too. Restart the PC after installing the driver.
This package provides the Tempo High Definition Audio Driver for supported desktop models that are running a supported operating system.

If you would rather order Windows 8 recovery media and then upgrade back to W10, this vendor still has W8 recovery media for sale.

Thank you for the information.
Purchased Windows 8 64 bit recovery kit from Computer Surgeons. I will upgrade back to W10.
I tried using a recovery flash drive. HP started then the recovery manager appeared. I could not select "I need help immediately factory reset" with the arrow keys.
It did not detect "media creation tool 21H1"
Thank you for your hel

I first installed Windows 8 with the four disk from Computer Surgeons then I installed Windows 10 version 21H1 with no problems. MS sends you a verification code via smart phone. You must click the number on your smart phone the number you see on your computer screen. My computer is in excellent shape.
The mouse has to be connected to the tower so you can click next, you cannot do it with the arrow keys.
The information you sent me was very useful
Thank you
