There are few options
1. Buy an external ODD (CD/DVD), this is the simplest option, for example
There are many around and cheaper too.
2. Create ISO file from the original and burn to blank CD's (one ISO file, multi blank CD's)
You need a software to do that and you may have to pay for this software.
Regards.

Hello
There is no need to buy anything
Windows 10 can manage ISO files and there are many free software
https://www.technipages.com/mount-burn-create-iso-in-windows-10
https://www.laptopmag.com/articles/mount-burn-iso-files-windows
If the pc is equipped with only one dvd player in general the software can manage it.
to see then what is installed and possible with the software can be installed from origin?
Otherwise, lots of free software can help!
For having already done it many times for copies of audio cd or compilation
The software copies the music from the source cd for the first time, then when burning it automatically asks to insert the blank disc!
