how to enable the turbo boost function

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-cx0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I know that the processor of this laptop supports turbo boost, but to enable it, I need the advanced tab in the BIOS, but I don’t have it

That is an Automatic feature/function which is not controlled in BIOS nor Windows. Only some business class and workstation class machines have this function/option in BIOS
