Mostly depends on the model number and why you need drivers.

If the drivers are missing because you have done something to disrupt the previous Windows install or an update caused the problem.  The support site has drivers for the PC, if the PC can get on line

https://support.hp.com/us-en.  If you do not know the model number the support site can look everything up for you, click on the "Let HP detect your product" and follow the prompts.  It will the show the drivers for that model under "Software and drivers"
