                      You can Transfer the data between 2 PC's Using Small RJ-45 Cable or LAN Cable.

@BeHowes,

I simple solution would be a USB data stick/thumb drive of sufficient size (maybe 32GB) to manually copy the files, then copy to your new computer.

I  do have a Samsung T-5 500. I'm afraid it won't be enough storage so I didn't put all my data to it. Besides my documents, what else is neccessary? How to get my Office 365 including outlook?
