hp 600 g1 tower with i7 4790k

Hello.  I upgraded my hp 600 g1 to i7 4790k.

I have two questions.

The first is: Is the motherboard unable to exceed 4ghz speed?

The second is the processor temperature at idle, 38°/42°, and in games, 73° using 65% to 70%, As for the cinebench test, the temperature is 85.

Should I be concerned about these numbers and say that with continuous use the device will be damaged or not?  Should he change the cooler for a better one than the HP cooler built into the case, and what is the best one that matches the dimensions of the LGA1150 motherboard?

The spec for that CPU shows 73 degrees and any temp above that will throttle the CPU speed to try to lower the temperature.  Verify your system using CPU-Z

You should have 4 cores and 8 threads and 4ghz for the base speed.

If you are routinely hitting 73 degrees I recommend liquid cooling or adding a lot of fans.

You might look around reddit and ask about mods for gaming.
