compaq 8200 elite
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi to anyone wanting to update there bios on the hp compaq 8200 elite just go for the last and latest bios update which is v 2.33

I went from v 02.15 to the 02.28 and not the 02.29 only because i read nonsense! Then i decided to go for the last and latest which was dated july 2019  v 00.02.33 Rev.A and its safe as houses and does nothing on issues on booting or hanging as mentioned on v 0.2.29 Also 00.02.33 Rev.A now lets you use sandy cpu 🙂

By the way i have an i7 2600K already in my pc which was on bios v 02.15 and although you can't overclock it still runs fine on stock speed 🙂  mystery solved!!!!
