Hello, there is an app in start menu with the Title LastPass. Apparently it is a Password Manager app. Is it important for the Windows OS? When I launch it, is generates the subject headline of this email. But does not move beyond a cycling web-browser screen. Please state the purpose.

ok. now i've gone to lastpass and it finally loaded. I have never registered the account, so I assume it doesn't exist, except for the one-liner, which I assume is a software launcher uploaded by the computer seller.
I go to uninstall the app launcher, and it goes to Apps>Installed apps, however, there is nothing registered as a program to uninstall.
So, an online source has stated to look in User/Appdata/Local folder and it is described as part of "Local\Packages\****.myHP_****\Local****\Roaming\HP Inc\HP Accessory Center
and at \Local\Microsoft\Edge\User Data\Default as IndexedDB. however this does not clarify what it is for.
