hi!  i have a hp 800 g2 23-in touch AiO desktop.  it hasn't been used in years, and i'm trying to get it running again.  when i fired it up i saw in device manager that the drivers associated with ethernet and wifi were expired, so i can't connect to the internet.  i know a little bit about computers so i tried looking up the drivers myself.  very frustrating.  i managed to get the intel ethernet connection (2) l2l9-lm driver installed.  i can't get the network controller and a "unknown device" drivers installed.  I'm trying to get to the point where i can connect to the internet which i think will help me a lot with more options.  the network controller's properties under device status says, 'the drivers for this device are not installed (code 28).  there are no compatible drivers for this device.  device type: other devices.  manufacturer: unknown.  location: PCI Slot 5 (PCI bus 1, device 0, function 0).  the unknown device: the drivers for this device are not installed (code 28).   invalid access to memory location.  device type: other devices.  manufacturer: unknown.  location: port_#0007.Hub_#0001".  serial #: USH641L07Z.  product #: pV04UTR#ABA.  software build: #15wwt1bw601#saba#daba.  intel core i5-6500 3.20GHz.  i hope this is enough info to start with.  also, some of these drivers are discontinued.  thank you very much!

Hi, @dc_32

Please post the hardware ID's for the devices that need drivers.

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device:

How to Find Drivers for Unknown Devices in the Device Manager

After you provide that information, I will post the links to the drivers that HP has for those devices.
