i cant update my BIOS. its saying that this BIOS update is not compatible with this device. how  do i fix this problem. please can someone help me with this.

first, a bios update is not without risk, to be done only if you have problems that this update could solve..
Or if very important corrections are made
If it is indicated that the update is not compatible, it means that you may be trying to install the wrong one, do not insist!
So, where does the update come from, intended for which motherboard, SSID ,version installed, and version used, for the update?
