so basically i need an update for my bios if someone can help please. so i have a AMI F.53 and in system info says the date is 2020 in bios version/date and the bios barely has any settings i cant even enable xmp mode and here on the hp website i put in my pc and it says "There is no software or drivers available for your product" somehow so basically i need to update the bios

Two things you should know before you update the BIOS:
1. No BIOS update for any HP desktop or notebook PC is going to add XMP support for you to manually adjust the memory XMP, so if that is your sole reason for wanting to update the BIOS, I wouldn't take the risk.
2. Your PC has a HP Tampa2 motherboard with a BIOS SSID of 8437.
There is a BIOS update available for that SSID, but it was written to be run using W10.

While the update may also work on W11, update the BIOS using W11 at your own risk.
