Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-en0002ax

i have hp omen laptop 15 en0002ax .... from the last 2-3 months i am getting a blue screen error with stop code video memory management internal ... this problem has increased from last 10-15 days and i get this error 4-5 times per day... i have latest drivers and everything updated. no virus nothing.. i also tried several fixes from youtube but none of them worked please anyone help.

The product specs for your notebook indicate that it comes with 1 x 8 GB of memory.

 

OMEN Laptop - 15-en0002ax Product Specifications | HP® Support

 

If you have not added memory to the notebook, you will need to replace the defective memory chip that is causing the blue screen.

 

Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the memory removal and replacement procedure.

This should be a compatible replacement 8 GB memory chip for your notebook.

 

Crucial 8GB DDR4-3200 SODIMM | CT8G4SFRA32A | Crucial IN

 

You may want to buy two of them and have 16 GB of memory since you have to take the notebook apart.
