There is no single answer to this type of question.

 

Content might be acceptable to one person but not to another.

 

Content of any kind that shows up in your computer is not about the computer hardware - that is, the machine sitting on your desk is not aware of anything beyond the mechanics and components that are detected by low level intelligence built into the BIOS.

 

Windows -- or what ever Operating System you are using on the hardware - manages, directs, and accepts command input from your keyboard, possibly voice command, and increasingly, communications managed by Windows operations (for example, Windows Updates).

 

In general, your browser controls the input allowed to be viewed, downloaded, and made available in Search.

 

Check your browser's Settings for Search and / or Security.
