I had an account with you a while ago and quit using my printer but now I would like to start up again.

Thank you,

To get started, please follow these steps:

  2. Install or Update Drivers – Download the latest drivers and software from the HP Support website.
  3. Sign in to Your HP Account – If you had an HP account before, you can log in at HP Smart. If you need help recovering your account, you can reset your password on the login page.
  4. Check Ink Levels – If you're enrolled in HP Instant Ink, verify your subscription status and ensure you have ink cartridges installed.
  5. Print a Test Page – Try printing a test page to confirm everything is working properly.
