Unable to install iTunes after reinstalling Windows. The error: HRESULT: 0x80073715

 

Has anybody experienced this?

It seems to be a problem with C++ runtime. Please take a look at this thread and try the first answer:

Your solution with the install of 2005 C++ worked like a charm.
