latest bios please ipisb-ch2 cant find anywhere

Did the HP  support assistant recommend a BIOS upgrade?

Make sure you are running version 9.16.80.0 or later.

 

Possibly the web has a newer bios.  What is the product ID (not serial number) of your system?

 

alternately go here and put in your serial number

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/desktops

and select windows 10 latest build
