Welcome to our HP Community forum!
Oh no, sorry to hear your keyboard isn’t working -let’s see if we can get it back on track, eh? 🥶
Hello! Let's try to figure out what's going on with your keyboard. Could you provide a bit more detail to help us assist you better? Here are some questions to get started:
- Is the keyboard wired or wireless?
- Does the keyboard light up or show any signs of activity?
- Have you tried connecting it to a different USB port (if wired) or changing/re-pairing the wireless receiver?
- Does it work in the BIOS? You can check by restarting your PC and pressing a key like F10 or Esc repeatedly to enter the BIOS.
- When did the issue start? Was it after a Windows update or other changes to your system?
Let me know, and I’ll guide you further!
Kind Regards,
NonSequitur777
